She is responsible for overseeing the management and growth of Urban Properties' commercial and retail portfolio, ensuring maximum returns for investors and tenants alike.
With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Christie has a proven track record of successfully managing large commercial and retail properties. Prior to joining Urban Properties, she held a similar position as a Commercial and Retail Asset Manager at firms like Savills Gold Coast, Bayliss & Samra Commercial Realtors and Sanctuary Cove Resort etc., where she gained extensive experience in property leasing, tenant management, and lease negotiations.
Christie is a results-driven professional who is dedicated to building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. She is passionate about creating value for her clients and takes a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Christie holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management and is a licensed real estate agent.
